2 ripe avacados, peeled and cut into chunks,
8 oz cream cheese, softened,
1/2 c. sour cream,
1 tsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp. milk,
1 1/2 tsp chili powder.
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all of the above ingredients together until creamy. Spread mixture on the bottom of a large platter. Then layer the following ingredients on top:
1 c. shredded lettuce,
2 diced tomatoes,
2/3 c. diced green onion,
1 c. shredded cheddar or jack cheese,
1 8 oz. jar your favorite salsa.
Chill until ready to serve. Scoop with tortilla scoops.
