¼ cup olive oil
1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
10 oz jar of seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the olive oil, vinegar and raspberry jam in the container of a blender. Process until smooth. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.

Mix with romaine lettuce, feta cheese, toasted pecans, bacon, and red onion.
