1/4 c. Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. Onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. Water
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
2 tsp Cooking Oil

Mushroom Sauce
1/4 c. Prepared Beef Broth
2 tbsp Flour
1 c. Prepared Beef Broth
1 can Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Thyme
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add ground beef, combine and than divide into four equal portions. Shape into 3/4 inch thick oval patties.
Heat cooking oil in a large pan. Add patties. Cook for about 5 minutes a side unti fully cooked. Remove to a serving platter and cover to keep warm. Discard any drippings, reserve any browned bits in pan.
Blend first amount of broth with flour in a small cup, set aside.
Slowly pour second amount of broth into the pan on medium and deglaze the pan.
Add remaining 3 ingredients, stir.
Stir flour mixture than slowly add into the pan, stirring constantly.
Heat and stir for about 5 minutes until boiling and thickened.
Spoon over patties and serve.
