SOUP- 4 peeled and pitted avocados 1 peeled cuke 1 green pepper 5 sprigs green onion 1 stalk celery 2 lemons 2 limes 40 oz water 1 cup ice 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tsp kosher salt. Olive salt- 2 cups kalamata olives 1/2 cup sea salt

Soup -place all in a blender and puree until smooth Pass through a strainer and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Salt- Rinse and dry olives dehydrate in an oven 200 degrees 3-4 hrs. Put in blender and pulse until coarse . Fold olive and salt in a bowl. Serve over soup
