Ingredients:	Ingredients: TOPPING ⅓ cup Flour ⅔ cup Sugar ½ tsp. Cinnamon 3 Tbsps. Butter or Margarine CAKE 2 boxes Muffin Mix ⅔ cup Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 Egg

Directions:	Directions: TOPPING Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly - set aside. CAKE Preheat oven to 400º. Empty two boxes of muffin mix in a large bowl, add milk, vanilla and egg. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter may be lumpy - DO NOT OVER MIX. Pour into a 9-inch square greased pan and sprinkle on topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
