1 lb. Butter
2 cups Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
2 Tbsps. Cream
5 cups Flour
1 tsp. Almond Extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and cream. Fold in flour. Add extract.

Put dough in Cookie Press. Use quick stroke of trigger, turn gun slightly and lift, depositing cookie on sheet or pan.

Bake in moderate oven.
