2 lbs. Hamburger Meat (Lean)
1 lb. Hot Sausage
2 c Chopped Onions
1 c Chopped Bell Peppers
1 c Chopped Celery
2 T Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic
1 12 oz. pkg. Frozen Precooked & Peeled Shrimp
2 8 oz. cans Chopped Mushrooms
1/4 to 1/2 c Dried Parsley
1-2 T Cajun Seasoning or to taste
2-3 T Lawry's Season Salt
1 T Black Pepper
3 T Worchestershire Sauce
4 T Louisiana Hot Sauce (Cajun Style)
2 c White Wine (Carlo Rossi Chablies)
8-10 c Water
4 c Dried Rice (Long Grain--Parboiled)

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot lightly brown sausage and hamburger. Add remaining ingredients except mushroom and rice. Simmer for approximately 2-3 hours over medium heat. (Do not boil.)
Prepare rice in separate container. Add 10 cups of water to 4 cups of dried rice. Bring to boil for 5 minutes, turn down heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Approximately 30-45 minutes before serving add mushrooms and rice to large stock pot of ingredients and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally until ready to serve.
