3 c Sugar
1 c Milnot (Canned Milk)
1 7 oz, jar of Marshmallow Creme (2 c)
3/4 Stick Butter
1 12 oz. pkg. Semi Chocolate Chips
1 c Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, Milnot, & butter together and cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from fire and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir ingredients until mixture is creamy & smooth. Pour into buttered 9"X9" pan. Allow to cool and cut as desired.
