3 to 4 pound boar roast
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 strips bacon
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Remove as much fat as possible from the roast. Combine spices and rub into the roast on all sides. Sprinkle with paprika and place strips of bacon across top of roast. Place roast in a roasting bag and follow the instructions that come with to roasting bag for roast pork. (Roast until well done, actual cooking time is determined by size and shape of the roast.
