2 c. chicken broth
1 c. apple juice
3 medium apples
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp. sage
2 sticks + 2 tbsp. butter
2 bags stuffing
1 lb. sausage
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
4 stalks celery
1 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broth, juice, 2 sticks butter. Bring to boil. Add stuffing. set aside
Cook sausage. Paper Towel Drain/Dry. Set Aside.
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in saucepan with garlic, celery, thyme, sage, and onion. Sauté 3 minutes. Add pecans. Sauté 1 minute. Add apples. Sauté 1 minute.
Mix all into a baking pan. Cook 30 minutes @ 350º covered with foil. Unfoil and cook an additional 15 minutes.
