2 cups packed basil leaves
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp minced shallot
2 teas fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp while balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 teas. Salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste







Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender or vitamin and blend until smooth. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if necessary.




Note: This will keep in a jar or container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Delicious on all kinds of salads, veggies.
