1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 green onions
2 stalks celery
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
4 slices bacon OR bacon bits

Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
½ sour cream
¼ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the lettuce, green onions and celery. Place in a large serving bowl. Add peas. Add dressing and mix.

Layer cheddar cheese on top of salad. Cook the bacon till crispy, let cool and crumble over the salad. Or use bacon bits. Cover and chill in refrigerator for four hours before serving.
