Pillsbury French bread loaf (refrigerated section)
Pepperoni
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Deli ham
cheddar cheese
Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the French bread dough on a cutting board so it's flat. Spoon tomato sauce over the dough up to about an inch of the edges.

Layer pepperoni on top every couple inches apart. Spread mozzarella cheese on top.

Start at one end of dough and roll it up into a log. Fold and pinch the ends closed.

Lay it in a cookie sheet seam side down and poke a few holes on the top, using a sharp knife.

Bake at 350º for 25 min., till the dough is baked a golden brown.

As an alternative, you can use ham, cheese and mustard as the filling, using your favorite mustard. In that case you'll layer the ham on first, then squirt some squiggles of mustard -- you don't want to spread it over the whole dough. Then put cheese on top.

Personal Notes:
After a long day at work, this was always a really quick and easy meal to make. I usually bought two French loafs and made one pepperoni and one ham at the same time. We ate it with chips and a pickle. Or, it would go well with cole slaw or the Easy Pasta Salad.
