Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Large Slab of Salmon - I prefer to use a whole piece
tony chachere's creole seasoning
Rendezvous BBQ Seasoning - or your favorite BBQ seasoning
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
BBQ Sauce of Choice - I use the cheapest Honey BBQ or similar

Directions:
Directions:
I set the grill on Medium or Low Heat
Place salmon - skin side down - on grill plate

Coat the salmon with lemon juice and soy sauce
Let the lemon and soy settle in and apply Tony's and Rendezvous

Let Cook 10 minutes

Once salmon starts to firm up, use BBQ spatula and cut
through the salmon about every 2-4 inches - approximately 4 cuts
Apply a new coat of Lemon and Soy sauce directly in the new cuts

This will wash away some of the BBQ seasoning - don't worry we'll add more later

Let the Lemon and Soy soak in for a few minutes

Now apply the BBQ sauce into the cuts - then spread over the rest of the salmon

Close the grill and let the BBQ sauce start to bubble
You'll see the juice of the salmon start to come through
Now apply a light coat of Tony's and Rendezvous and let that soak in a minute

Serve Hot!

FYI - I always try to make extra as the seasoning of this salmon makes for some great salmon patty burgers later!
