3 Leeks
1 Onion
Olive oil
1 can of crushed tomatoes (8 oz)
4 potatoes
1 can of tomato sauce (4oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the leeks into fourths, then dice into 1 inch pieces. Place into a colander, separate the leaves, and wash well. In a stock pot, cover the bottom of the pot with olive oil liberally. Chop your onion finely, and place into the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add your washed leeks to the pot, and saute the two together. Next add your can of crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce with a can of water with each with the stove at medium heat. Wash, peel, and cut your potatoes into quarters. Place the potatoes into the pot once finished. Cook down the mixture until the water is evaporated and you have a sauce.

You can also add meat, such as chicken or beef you can cook that separately and add it to the final mixture.
