1 T. dry yeast
¼ cup warm water
2 T. cooking oil
2-3 T. sugar
⅛ tsp. salt
½ cup warm water
2½-3½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water until foamy.

Combine oil, sugar, salt, and water. Add to yeast mixture.

Add flour and knead together until no longer sticky. Pat dough to 1/4 inch thickness on lightly greased baking sheet. Press up around edges to make a slight rim. Bake crust at 425º for about 12 minutes. Then add toppings for pizza and bake.
