Prepared mashed potatoes
½ cup cheese, divided
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. flour
2-4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
½ cup beef broth
¼ cup ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 cup cheese with mashed potatoes. Brown meat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Add mixed vegetables, broth and ketchup; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Heat oven to 375º. Spoon meat mixture into 8-inch baking dish; cover with potatoes.

Bake 18 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 2-5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
