4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 white onion chopped
1 bag of frozen corn (You can use Southwest Corn which already has peppers & onions in it )
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon and set aside. In the skillet with a tablespoon of bacon grease add the bag of corn, peppers and onion. Cook until golden and hot. Add the crumbled bacon to the corn mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
