5 large Potatoes, sliced
Flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion
3 pats of butter per layer of potatoes
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. layer sliced onions on potatoes. Salt and pepper . Place pats of butter on top of salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour. Continue layering until casserole dish is ¾ full. Pour milk over the top until potatoes are just covered. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until a fork placed in the potatoes goes in easily.
