6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups warmed milk
12 ounces sharp cheddar
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. With wire whisk, stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Gradually add milk and stir constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Remove from heat, then stir in cheese, seasoned salt, pepper and mustard until cheese is melted.
Let stand 1 minute, then stir in macaroni.
Turn into prepared baking dish and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
