2 Tbsp. Yeast with 1/2 c. warm water, let yeast begin to bubble.



3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt (YES Tablespoon)
4 Tbsp. Melted buter (margarine)
1 3/4 c. warm water
3 - 6 c. flour

Melt 1/4 c. butter (margarine)
Topping seasonings of choice

Mix water and yeast until bubbly. Add sugar, salt, 1/2 stick margarine, melted and water. Add half the flour at first then work with the dough (knead) and then add addition flour as needed be careful not to get it too stiff. Let dough set 10 minutes.
Roll and spread dough into jelly roll pan (13 X 17).
Pour melted margarine over and sprinkle with seasonings (garlic salt, parsley, Salad Supreme, sesame seeds). Cut dough with a pizza cutter. I cut 1 inch rows (11) the long way and then across the pan in thirds. I usually put a different seasoning on each third of the pan.

Bake @375º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
