1/4 lb morel mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter in a sauce pan for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour sauted ingredients into a soup pot or a stock pot. Stir flour into mushroom mixture. Add broth gradually, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly. Add milk and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve

**Other types of edible mushrooms can be used instead of morels.**
