1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cups seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry mustard, brown sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. slowly add vinegar, then lemon juice, lemon rind, water and raisins. cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick.
