2 lb ground beef (4 cups)
1 enveloppe of chicken noodle soup
1 onion
1 cup carrots, cubed
½ cup celery, cubed
½ cup ketchup
2 cups water
2 tbsp. flour
Potatoes, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve enveloppe in 1 cup of water. Mix the flour with the other cup of water. Cook the ground beef and onions. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Put in a 9 x 13 dish and add mashed potatoes on top.
