1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
Dash salt


3/4 c. white sugar
8 oz. strawberry cream cheese
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Mix crust until crumbly. Press 1/2 of mixture into 8" square pan. Set remaining crust mixture aside for topping. Mix filling until well blended and pour onto crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Bake for 40 minutes. Once cooled, store in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream if desired. Double the recipe for a 9x13 pan.
