4½ tsp sour cream
1 Tbsp milk
1-1½ tsp lemon juice
⅛ tsp ground turmeric
1¼ cup broccoli florets

Directions:
Cook broccoli. Combine sauce ingredients in a double boiler and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over the broccoli.
