5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 oz cream cheese softened
¼ cup butter softened
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp onion salt or seasoned salt
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
butter and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, drain, mash well. Combine potatoes and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix well but don't over mix. Stir in butter, sour cream, and seasonings. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spoon into a casserole dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika on top. Bake until heated through.

May make ahead of time and bring to room temperature prior to heating.

These are great for Thanksgiving and Christmas!!
