1 (5.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
18 Oreo cookies
2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1 (8 oz) container of cool-whip
Chocolate sprinkles or shaved chocolate for garnishing
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Crush all Oreos, including filling, to a coarse texture. Mix melted butter and crushed Oreos together then press evenly into a pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes s, then cool completely. Make pudding per package directions. Take about 1/2 of the pudding mix and spread on cooled pie crust. Mix remaining pudding and 1/2 of the cool whip together and spread on top of the chocolate layer in the pie crust. Put pie into fridge to cool and set. When ready to serve, add remaining cool whip then sprinkle chocolate to finish. Enjoy!

This is a pie recipe from my mom (Grandma Linda Bills Reeves) that has been served at Thanksgiving and Christmas in my home growing up. We now serve it at family gatherings in my house. However, this is now Devin's specialty to make. All the kids love it!
