1 can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 can crushed pineapple in juice
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. tub cool whip
1 small box instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed pineapple and pudding together with an electric mixer. Mix in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in drained pineapple and cool whip. Refrigerate.

Mom got this recipe out of a magazine several years ago it won an award for best dessert. .She always uses low-fat pudding, cream cheese. This is really good but if it went up against her pudding cake it wouldn't have a chance.
