1 loaf of bread( tear into pieces day before using to get stale)
1 onion diced
3 stalks celery diced
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 Tbls sage
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 box chicken broth (can use turkey broth approximately 4cups)

Directions:

1. Sauté onion, celery in butter
2. Add to stale bread sage, salt, pepper, eggs, sautéed onion, celery, butter, broth
3. Dressing should be wet but not real juicy.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

We like to add pieces of turkey in the dressing, also if you use turkey broth from freshly baked turkey we dilute it with a little chicken broth too.
If you want oyster dressing, just add a can of oysters (washed) to the dressing mixture
If you get too much liquid in the mixture you will just need to bake it a little longer
