3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
16 ounces sour cream
3 tsp. poppy seeds, optional
Crushed buttery crackers, like Keebler Town House crackers (about 30)
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, poppy seeds, and sour cream. Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish. Spoon mixture into dish. Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs and stir together. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Honesty I never put the poppy seeds in this casserole. Tastes just as good without them.
