1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup dried chives
1/3 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/8 cup salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the spices and store in an airtight container. For dip: mix 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayo along with 2- 3 tbsp. mix. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 3-4 hrs.
***You can substitute Southwest Seasoning Mix for taco seasoning in any recipe.

Along with the dill dip I made up packets of this dip and sold at Riley Days for several years. Aunt Mary and Danielle's favorite way to eat this is with pretzels. Katie's is with beer bread cubes.
