Butter or margarine
Garlic salt
Fresh parsley

Directions:

Cube potatoes and boil for 25 min., until soft when you pierce with a fork.

Drain water, then put in 4 tbsp. of butter or margarine, garlic salt (to taste) and 2 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley and stir gently.
