Directions:
1. Cut sliced beef into cubes

2. Slice red bell peppers and yellow onion

3. In skillet, over med-high heat, brown sliced beef and seasonings

4. Drain fat from skillet

5. Add red bell peppers and yellow onion to skillet

6. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and more seasonings

7. Stir all of the ingredients together and add crushed red pepper flakes

8. Cover and simmer (it is done when the rice in step 9 is done)

9. Make Instant White Rice (In a saucepan, boil 3 cups of water, add 3 cups of instant rice, cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes)

10. Scoop rice on plate, put beef/pepper/onion mixture on top

11. Enjoy

Note 1: For the "skillet," I use a wok to be sure there is enough room for all of the ingredients

Note 2: For the seasonings, I usually just shake a little of each seasoning over the beef when I start to brown it and then again when I add the tomato sauce/paste.
