8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
3 to 4 cups shredded cheddar, divided
13 ounce can evaporated milk
1½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
½ tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cheese in greased crockpot, mixing well. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

Cover and cook on Low 3-4 hours. Do not remove lid or stir before time is complete.
