1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar, well mixed (no clumps)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
12 squares of Baker's white chocolate, melted
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups pecan, walnuts or almonds, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the butter and white and brown sugar together with an electric beater until the mixture is soft. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add the flour and baking soda, mix well. Incorporate the chocolate, cranberries and nuts. Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto a non-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on the rack.
