1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 red onions, chopped
1 Tbs. olive oil
sage, salt, and pepper
½ lb. rigatoni
2 oz. fontina cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450º. Toss squash, onions in olive oil and sprinkle on sage, salt, and pepper. Parchment paper in 1-inch rimmed baking pan. Spread and bake 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, boil rigatoni and reserve ½ cup liquid. Drain pasta, add liquid, veggies, and cheese. Toss together. Serve.
