Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger ( the leaner the better)
1 can green beans (draining is optional)
1/2 onion,
Potatoes ( as many as you want)
1 tbsp. flour (more if you want a thicker soup)
Seasonings of choice, (such as garlic, pepper, steak seasoning, etc.)
salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Break the raw hamburger into small chunks. Place all ingredients in a large pot and cover with water. Cook until the potatoes are tender, the meat is done by this time as well. You may have to skim the fat off the soup depending on how lean your hamburger is. An easy way to do this is to make the soup ahead of time, then put it in the refrigerator so the grease hardens. Then just pick it off the top.
