1/2 cup butter
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine , cake mix and 1 egg. Blend until mixture is moistened. Put mixture in a greased 9x13 inch pan and pat until smooth.
Beat remaining 2 eggs then blend in cream cheese, powdered sugar. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread evenly on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
