1 can pink salmon (drained)
1 egg
1 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp old bay
1/4 cup onions (diced small)
1/2 cup flour or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. In a fry pan, put a very small amount of oil and put it on the stove to get it warm. Make salmon mixture into patties and put in frying pan with oil. Let patties lightly brown then turn. Serve with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce.
