1 stick unsalted butter
1 c light brown sugar
½ c chopped pecans
½ c fresh orange juice (naval orange)
½ t cinnamon
¼ t sea salt
2 40 oz. cans Princella cut Yams or 3 (29 oz.) cans

Preheat Oven to 350* Butter a 9x13 glass dish. Drain Yams and and put in dish. Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredient and pour the sauce over yams.
Bake for 25-35 min until heated thru.
