1 lb. American Cheese grated
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 cup pecans chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
Chili Powder to roll the cheese in to coat the outside.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the american cheese, and cream cheese.
Add in the pecans and garlic until mixed completely.
Lay out wax paper and sprinkle with the chili powder. Take have of the cheese mixture and roll out into a log or ball and coat by rolling in the chili powder.
I roll out into 2 long rolls and then put into fridge overnight. Next day slice and eat with crackers or veggies.
