1 pkg lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg can pet milk-chilled

Crust
2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ c sugar
¾ stick butter or margarine room temperature

Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water and set aside. Cream lemon juice, sugar and cream
cheese until smooth. Add jello and cool.
While the cheese mixture is cooling. Whip the chilled milk until stiff. Fold into the cheese/jello mixture.

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together and press into a pie plate.

Pour the cheese mixture in the graham cracker pie shell and chill overnight.
