Ingredients:
1 (12 count) package Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
8 eggs, beaten
1 pound thinly sliced ham
8-10 slices cheese ( Swiss, Cheddar, Colby-Jack or American)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside. Cut rolls horizontally and place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking pan, set aside. In a large skillet scramble eggs over medium-low heat. Leave them a little wet to prevent them from drying out while baking. Spoon the eggs over the bottom half of the rolls. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each roll. Place the roll tops on the cheese. In a small dish combine the maple syrup and melted butter, brush over the tops of the rolls. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
