3 lbs red potatoes, quartered
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 green onions, sliced
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain well and let cool completely. In a large bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing packet. Add cooked potatoes. In a bowl put half the potato mixture top with 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon, repeat. Refrigerate.
