1 lb. lean ground beef
½ sm. onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. beef broth
1 bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic until no pink remains. Do not drain. You should have some fat in the bottom of the skillet, if not, add 1 tablespoon butter or oil. Stir in Worcestershire. Stir in flour and allow to cook 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes.

NOTE: If you prefer a creamier hamburger gravy, reduce broth to ½ cup and increase milk to 1½ cups.
