2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp rosemary, sage, and/or parsley (any combination of)- fresh
24 Mushrooms, large fresh
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter
1/2 cup Bread crumbs or panko, seasoned fine dry
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Clean mushrooms. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop.
Place mushroom caps, stem sides up, in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside
In a small bowl stir together chopped mushroom stems, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Fry mixture in butter. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Lightly coat mushrooms with olive oil. Bake, uncovered, for 17 to 20 minutes or until light brown and heated through.
