12 slices of bacon
1 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 C. finely chopped onion
2 C. milk
1/2 C. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble it. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over the bottom of a lightly-greased 10" pie pan. Place remaining ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

You really can substitute the meat, cheese, and vegetables out. Other veggies that could be included: Frozen or fresh broccoli, frozen spinach (thawed and thoroughly pressed to remove all water), fresh green, red, or yellow sweet bell peppers.
