3 EL Zucker
125 ml Wasser
6 Eigelbe
1 (14-ounce) Dose gesüßte Kondensmilch
1 (12-ounce) Dose Kondensmilch
1 (15-ounce) Dose Kokosnussmilch, Kokosnuss-Creme oder Kokosnuss Kondensmilch
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
250 - 500 ml heller oder dunkler Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Zimtstangen, Nelken und Zucker mit dem Wasser zum Kochen bringen und bei mittlerer Hitze um die Hälfte einkochen. Durch ein Sieb geben; die Zimtstangen aufbewahren.

Die Eigelbe in einer Schale cremig schlagen, den abgekühlten Sirup, die verschiedenen Milchsorten und den Vanilleextrakt hinzufügen. Gründlich verrühren und Rum nach Belieben zugeben. Mit Hilfe eines Trichters in zwei 1 Liter Flaschen einfüllen. Je eine Zimtstange pro Flasche hineingeben. Vor dem Servieren eine Woche ziehen lassen.

½ tsp. whole cloves (about 15)
3 tbsp. sugar
½ cup water
6 egg yolks
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) unprocessed, evaporated milk
1 (15-ounce) can coconut milk, cream of coconut, or condensed coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 to 2 cups light or dark rum

In a small saucepan, cook the cinnamon, cloves, sugar and water over medium high heat until reduced by half. Set aside and strain, reserving cinnamon.

Beat the egg yolks in a bowl until creamy; add the cooled syrup, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and vanilla. Continue beating until combined. Add rum to taste. Using a funnel, pour the coquito into two 1-liter bottles. Place a cinnamon stick in each bottle. Refrigerate up to 1 week before serving.
