5 C. yellow squash
2 tsp. salt
½ C. chopped onion
1 C. grated carrots
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Herb stuffing mix
1 8oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
½ C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash in salted water with the onion for 5 minutes or until done. Drain set aside. Mix together the melted butter and the stuffing mix. Mix 12 half the stuffing mix, squash, carrots, sour cream, and soup together and place in a large dish. Spread the remaining stuffing mix on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
